  1. How do you define love? Is this a comprehensive definition? Read 1 Cor. 13:4-7; John 15:13; Rom. 5:8. How does God’s Word define love?

  2. Read Luke 1:11-17. How does God show His love to Zechariah and Elizabeth?

  3. Read Luke 1:26-33. What is the message to Mary?

  4. What is Mary’s question in v. 34? Why is this a valid question? How does God show His love to Mary

  5. How do you think Joseph felt when Mary told him she was pregnant by the Holy Spirit?

    1. Pray for the redemption of others: Make a list of people who don’t know Jesus. Pray that God will redeem them!

    2. Forgive others as God has forgiven us: Do you have a grudge against someone? Or bitterness? Seek to forgive others as God has forgiven you (Eph. 4:31).

    3. Share the good news of Jesus: Who needs to hear the gospel from you? Who will you talk to this week?
