Leadership Cohort: Invite

Part 2 of 4 of Mark Robinson's summer Leadership Cohort.

Leaders are people who invite others to come along with them. As they pursue Godly direction themselves, they also give other people the opportunity to join them. This requires leaders to  develop enough communication skills to cast a compelling vision of where they're going as well as setting realistic expectations about what it will take to get there. Thus, effective leaders are people who can inspire others by describing worthwhile goals, while also preparing them for what it will take to achieve them.
