Leadership Cohort: Initiate

Part 1 of 4 of Mark Robinson's summer Leadership Cohort.

Leaders are people who take initiative. Instead of waiting for something to happen, they make things happen. At Community Church, we want to train leaders who take initiative by being proactive in prayer (seeking His kingdom and asking for His provision) and building connections (expanding their influence with people). As we become a disciple worth following and develop relationships with others, we put ourselves in a position to lead.
