Part 4 of 4 of Mark Robinson's summer Leadership Cohort.

The greatest test of a leader is not whether or not people will follow you. The greatest test of a leader is whether they can lead when you are no longer there. The best leaders help people move from dependence to independence, gradually giving them more responsibility, and developing their confidence and ownership. Our ultimate goal is to make disciples who disciple others and develop leaders who develop other leaders.
