Need to Reserve a Room? If you would like to reserve a room here at the church, please take a few minutes to read through the Building Usage Policy above to make sure your event is eligible for building usage. If you would like to reserve a room for a church ministry event, please contact Nancy Schultz. If you would like to reserve a room for a special event, please contact Maggie Matysik.

Emergency Procedures Over the course of the last year, Community Church leaders, with input from local emergency personnel, have created an emergency procedures manual for our church. If you are a member of Community Church or a pastor of another church and would like to discuss these procedures, please contact Pastor Ken or Pastor David.
Need an Accident/Injury Form? Click HERE. These forms are used when an accident, injury, or medical emergency happens in the church building or on the church grounds. These forms are also available in each of the First Aid kits. Please turn completed forms in to the church office. If you have any questions, please contact the bookkeeper.

Need reimbursement for a ministry purchase? If you use your funds to make a ministry-related purchase, we will reimburse the expense. Please print off and complete the Community Church Reimbursement Form, attach the receipt, and turn it in to the bookkeeper, Judy Sherry or your ministry director. If you need to transfer money from one line to another in your ministry's budget, please use the Transfer of Funds form provided here.
